2004

Founded by Kokuei Riku.
Initiated Sales and Marketing of Machinery business from Japan to other Asian countries.

2017

Established Kanehiro Corporation in Tokyo, Japan, aimed at providing cutting-edge technologies globally.
Launched Kanehiro office in Chennai India, to deliver Japanese-standard service and technical support to Indian customers.

2018

Founded Kanehiro Seiki Co. Ltd in Shanghai, China, focusing on providing turnkey solutions for the plastic industry.
Established sales and service offices in Delhi and Mumbai, India.

2019

Launched the K-Robot brand in Japan and India
Commenced Sales and After-service operations in Osaka, catering to OEM/ODM AGVs and Robots for Japanese customers.

2021

Established Kanehiro Gulf LLC in Dubai, UAE, to provide sales and after-service support in the Middle East region.

2022

Established Kanehiro Aru Pvt Ltd in Delhi, India, to oversee the group companies' overall operations as part of a 5-year plan.
Expanded the sales network to cover Pan-India distribution and SAARC countries.

2023

Started sales and marketing operations for the CNC machine tools business in India, China & Middle East.
Initiated sales and marketing efforts for Automation components business in India and the Middle East.
Launched the KNT Brand in Japan and India

2025

Established Kanehiro MTC Auto Parts Pvt. Ltd., a strategic joint venture between Kanehiro ARU (a subsidiary of Kanehiro Corporation, Japan) and Siddhant Automotive Pvt. Ltd.
This venture is dedicated to delivering OE-grade spare parts to the automotive aftermarket, with a focused portfolio of serviceable components for passenger vehicles, two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
⁠The partnership is strengthened by the extensive industry experience of Mr. Lalit Jain, Director of Siddhant Automotive, who brings over 35 years of deep expertise in the aftermarket auto parts domain.
